"Thank you SO much, Deepali, for the Pranayama 1.0 workshop. It was excellent, very well organized and filled with useful and interesting information. I greatly appreciate that you based the information on ancient vedic texts, and gave us that constant reminder that yoga isn't just about asana. Looking at prana and pranayama through the Ayurvedic lens was also very helpful and has given me a much better understanding of prana and pranayama, as well as how and when to apply the different techniques. I look forward to incorporating all that I learned into my daily practice. Very grateful for this offering." - KF, Mexico
